Louis Vuitton released a black color of the Clutch PM. This bag is a combination of wool and silk trimmed with cowhide leather. The gold color sold last season was more eye catching but this color would be a chic option for evening bag. The clutch has press stud, golden hardware and internal zip pocket. The magnets on each side can be used to adjust the opening of the clutch. The size of 9.4″ x 5.5″ x 2″ allows you to carry under the arm or in-hand. $1160 available at Louis Vuitton. Vote HERE.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Did you get your “green” bag yet? The green Marc Jacobs Canvas Tote I told you yesterday would be a good choice. If you are looking for something a little more stylist and elegant, you may consider the L.A.M.B. Glazed Love Treviso Clutch! This glazed leather clutch has circular leather handles, double L-embossed leather trim, polished gold metal hardware, magnetic clousre and inside leather trimmed zip pocket. You can carry the bag folded or long. Also come in black. $525 retails at eLuxury.
The Louis Vuitton Montaigne Clutch is made from Epi leather with smooth leather trim. Even without a monogram, Louis Vuitton Montaigne Clutch is still a wonderful choice because of its hardiness and design. This bag is really cute! It comes in a variety of color, black, ivory, purple, pink. Although purple is more classy, I would go for the pink one! The flat leather strap is adjustable and removable, so you can wear it both on your shoulder or your wrist. You can even remove all straps and carry it as a clutch. Other features include flap top with a push lock closure, fine textile lining and inside patch pocket. Purchase this bag for $805 at eLuxury or Vote for it.
You don’t always see these bags being sold everywhere like Gucci and LV, do you? Loeffler Randall is a pretty new brand name which was launched by Jessie Randall and Brian Murphy. Jessie received the CFDA Swarovski Award in 2007 for Accessory Design while Brain also won a couple of advertising awards.
Being not able to find the shoes that they want to wear, the couple decided to develop their own brand. Loeffler Randall started in 2004 by selling footwear and expanded to handbag industry in Fall 2006, followed by launching ready to wear collection in Fall 2007.
From the official website, they mentioned that, “At Loeffler Randall, we have set out to create the perfect lifestyle assortment for the chic, modern girl – from the ultimate ballerina flat to the perfect luxury satchel – and starting this season – to the most beautiful winter coat. When we began in 2004, our idea was to design the kind of shoes that we wanted to wear but couldn’t find – shoes that possess an understated elegance, are well cut and undeniably feminine. Handbags were added to the assortment for Fall 2006. For Fall 2007, Loeffler Randall’s RTW collection makes its debut. The Loeffler Randall brand embodies luxury and downtown elegance and has been enthusiastically embraced by the fashion press and the finest retailers in the world.” Loeffler Randall
